# Solver

The Solver is a background off-chain bot that continuously gathers user intents and provides solutions. These Solvers can be developed by third-party developers and integrated into the platform without permission, enhancing the scalability and decentralization of the platform.

DEX-based Solvers can facilitate cross-chain transactions, cross-chain lending and other business logics for users, similar to cross-chain transfers, ultimately providing users with the best trading paths. Depending on the user’s intent, Solvers can implement more complex trading strategies.
