The Restaking architecture can be used to construct various networks that require decentralized consensus, such as Oracles and validation layers. Based on the concept of EigenDA, this protocol builds Relayer on top of the Restaking architecture, aiming to enhance the consensus security of the entire cross-chain protocol.
The Restaking smart contract will support staking of 3 assets: ETH, stETH, and X/ETH, where X/ETH is the governance token of this protocol and the liquidity pool composed of ETH. Based on the Restaking architecture, Relayer facilitates message passing between different networks, leveraging EigenDA's secure, high-throughput, and decentralized data availability service. Relayer includes the following DA services:
EVM: Data availability service for EVM-compatible blockchain networks, such as Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc.
BTC-EVM: Data availability service for the Bitcoin ecosystem and EVM-compatible blockchain networks.
SOL-EVM: Data availability service for the Solana ecosystem and EVM-compatible blockchain networks.
Stakeholders can share protocol rewards by staking any of the three assets: ETH, stETH, or X/ETH.
Unstake Waiting Period
Stakeholders wishing to withdraw their staked assets must perform an Unstake operation and wait for the assets to unlock. Unlocking time: 7 days.
